If your shipped admission does not arrive before you need to head FAN EXPO, have no fear! We'll be able to replace your shipped passes in person at the Customer Service desk. The location and hours for Customer Service at FAN EXPO Canada can be found HERE.
Please note, if the tracking shows the order was successfully delivered, a fee of $5 per badge will be charged to deactivate and replace the passes.
