This Guarantee means that if a Photo Op sells out within the first 24 or 48 hours of being available for purchase, and you contact us within that same time frame, we will make sure you are able to purchase that Photo Op.
VIP Pass Holders will have a 48-hour guarantee and Limited Edition Pass Holders will have a 24-hour guarantee.
