All paid admission tickets (excluding specially ticketed events) can be refunded up to 14 days prior to the show (Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10 AM EDT).
This refund deadline was extended to October 13, 2021 at 10 AM EDT. Once the refund deadline has passed, we won't be able to process refunds.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable. If refund requests are made after tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund email refunds@fanexpohq.com including the following information;
- Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
- Name of the Show your purchased tickets for
- Email address used to purchase tickets
