HOW DO I USE MY GO TRANSIT FARE?
Present your e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device to the fare inspector on the train or when boarding a bus.
You will not need to go to the GO Transit Station Attendant to redeem fare.

- This ticket is non-transferable and does not qualify for the GO service guarantee.
- GO Transit will not be held liable for delays due to breakdowns, weather, or other conditions beyond the GO Transit’s control.
- All travel is subject to compliance with GO Transit’s By-Law No.2.
- GO Transit ticket is not eligible for refunds, swaps, or upgrades.
- GO Transit ticket is valid for one single return trip on the fare day(s) you purchased, as listed on your ticket.
- The fare is valid for any GO Station to Union Station and back.
